We use your information to provide the Service, process sanctions screenings, synchronize your WooCommerce store data, manage subscriptions, communicate with you, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with payment processors (Stripe, Apple), RevenueCat for subscription management, cloud infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare), and law enforcement when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Screening history is retained for 12 months. Store sync data is retained while connected. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set functional cookies for security.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and stored on servers in the EU (Germany). We use secure authentication with hashed passwords and regular security audits.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Stripe, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Sentry, and Anthropic Claude API. Each has its own privacy policy.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
