1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Isarud ("the Service"), including our website at isarud.com, mobile applications, desktop applications, browser extensions, WooCommerce plugin (API Isarud), and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Isarud is a trade compliance, sanctions screening, and e-commerce management platform. The Service provides sanctions screening against global watchlists, AI-powered risk intelligence, trade compliance tools (HS codes, dual-use checks, Incoterms calculation, document generation), WooCommerce store management with Cloud Sync, marketplace integration (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Pazarama, Etsy), shipment tracking, and letters of credit management.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may sign up using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Isarud offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro and Business). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. When you subscribe through the iOS app, payment is processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. When you subscribe through the website, payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription synchronizes across all platforms (web, iOS, Windows desktop). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to evade or circumvent sanctions, export controls, or any other legal requirements. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
6. Data and Screening Disclaimer
Isarud provides screening results based on publicly available sanctions lists and open-source intelligence. The Service is intended as a compliance tool to assist your due diligence process, not as a substitute for professional legal advice. Screening results may contain false positives or may not reflect the most recent list updates. You are solely responsible for your compliance decisions.
7. WooCommerce Plugin and Marketplace Data
When you connect your WooCommerce store or marketplace accounts to Isarud, you grant us permission to access, sync, and store your store data (including customers, orders, products, invoices, and settings) for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain full ownership of your store data. You can disconnect your store and request data deletion at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Isarud and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isarud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
