Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between SF. Inc. ("SF. Inc.", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "you"), the person or entity accessing or using the Isarud platform ("Isarud", the "Service"). SF. Inc. is a company headquartered in Dover, Delaware, United States, and offers the Service to users worldwide. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Parties
By accessing or using Isarud (including the isarud.com website, mobile apps, desktop application, browser extensions, WooCommerce plugin, Shopify app, API, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms primarily govern a business-to-business (B2B) relationship.
2. Description of the Service
Isarud is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that combines trade compliance with e-commerce infrastructure. The Service includes: sanctions screening against global sanctions and watchlists; HS code classification and cross-border trade analysis; AI-powered risk intelligence and content tools (under the ISARUD AI brand); e-commerce infrastructure enabling sellers to run online stores on subdomains or their own custom domains; marketplace and platform integrations (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Pazarama, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce); payment infrastructure; and shipping and order management. The scope of the Service may change from time to time.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may register by email, Google, or Apple. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Auto-Renewal
Isarud offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to your chosen cycle (typically monthly). Payments on the web are processed by Stripe; payments on iOS and Android are processed through Apple's and Google's in-app purchase systems (via RevenueCat), respectively. Your subscription synchronizes across all platforms. SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date; except where required by law, fees for used periods are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change fees on a prospective basis.
5. Seller Obligations
If you operate an online store through Isarud, you are solely responsible for the products and services you sell, the accuracy of product descriptions and prices, order fulfillment, customer service, taxes, and compliance with all applicable laws (including consumer protection, product safety, export controls, and data protection). SF. Inc. is not a party to the relationship between your store and your end customers; we provide the technical infrastructure only. You agree not to sell unlawful, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not: use the Service to evade sanctions, export controls, or legal requirements; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or connected systems; reverse engineer the Service, distribute malware, or impose excessive load; upload content that infringes the rights of others; or use the Service for spam or unlawful activity. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, features, trademarks, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of SF. Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Your store data, products, and uploaded content remain yours; you grant us permission to process them to provide the Service. We reserve the right to use your feedback to improve the Service.
8. AI Features and Limitations
Isarud offers AI-powered features under the ISARUD AI brand (including risk intelligence, SEO assistant, and content and market-expansion tools). AI outputs are generated automatically, may contain errors, and do not constitute verified intelligence, professional advice, or definitive results. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it. We do not warrant that AI features will provide any particular accuracy or outcome.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including marketplaces, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers). When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access the relevant data to provide the Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and conditions. If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, the related Isarud feature may be affected.
10. Data and Privacy
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. With respect to the personal data of your store customers, in most cases you act as the data controller and SF. Inc. acts as the data processor.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not warrant that screening results, AI outputs, or data will be accurate, complete, or current.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SF. INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. SF. INC.'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SF. Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any dispute between the store you operate through Isarud and your end customers.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware (including the Delaware Court of Chancery in Wilmington), and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any rights afforded to you by mandatory local consumer protection laws are reserved.
16. Changes and Contact
